I had a packed out Easter Bank Holiday class who loved every minute of our interval training session, so I thought I’d share the workout with you! I used 90-60-30 Volume 2 with a simple but effective set of exercises, as follows: 90- Cardio 60- Resistance 30- Core 10 Minute Functional Warm Up 1st Block  90- Skipping 60- Barbell Squat
